Xanadu Las Vegas Dealers Rules & FAQ

Please review the following rules and regulations governing Xanadu Las Vegas, and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. By buying exhibit space at Xanadu Las Vegas, you confirm that you have read the following, agree to, and will comply with, all rules and regulations as stated below.

1. All vendor/exhibitor tables/spaces must be manned at all times during Exhibit Hall hours of operation.

2. The first table purchased INCLUDES (2) two memberships. Subsequent tables reserved include 1 (one) membership each.

3. Vendor/exhibitor tables/spaces must remain intact throughout the hours of the convention and may not be dismantled prior to the closing of the convention. If you pack up prior to 4:00 pm on Sunday afternoon you will not be allowed to come back as a dealer at future shows. The show is not over until 4:00 pm on Sunday. It is unfair to other dealers and attendees to break down early. If you cannot stay until the end of the show, please do not set up.

4. If any vendor/exhibitor has special requirements, including but not limited to large display racks, easels, stand-ups, etc. They MUST be cleared by Xanadu Las Vegas during the time the tables/space is booked.

5. All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless Xanadu Las Vegas and all Xanadu Las Vegas staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in Xanadu Las Vegas.

6. In addition, all vendors/exhibitors acknowledge that Xanadu Las Vegas and all Xanadu Las Vegas staff members, workers, employees and agents, will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors/exhibitors persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering loss.

7. Xanadu Las Vegas in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Xanadu Las Vegas. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent Xanadu Las Vegas in any way.

8. All merchandise bought or sold at the Xanadu Las Vegas is done strictly between vendors/exhibitors and attendees/buyers, Xanadu Las Vegas is not party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties.

9. All adult materials must be either behind the table or, if displayed on a table or display rack, bagged or covered so that minors may not open it. Any adult material containing nudity must be covered in accordance with local and state laws. Exhibitor agrees not to sell any adult materials to minors.

10. No Bootlegs. Anyone selling merchandise that infringes upon copyright or licensing will be asked to remove or surrender the offending merchandise, and may be asked to leave the show. No refunds will be given if you break this rule and are asked to leave.

11. No tables will be reserved unless paid in full. Once a section is sold out, we will post a notice on the website. No refunds will be given once a table is reserved. All sales are final.

12. No dealers table or booth may sell or give away food or drink products of any kind at any time. You may advertise, hand out flyers and chat up your products, but hotel policy does not allow for any distribution of food or drink.

13. POWER. There is a limited numbe of tables with access to electricity. You must contact Scott Anderson HERE to make arrangements before purchasing your table. You must supply your own extension cords.

Paying for a table or space denotes compliance with these rules.


What are the table sizes?
Tables are 8 by 3 feet and come with table covering and skirting. Two memberships and chairs are included with each table.

Dealers hours of operation:
Saturday, March 27th: 10:00 am till 6:00 pm
Sunday, March 28th: 10:00 am till 4:00 pm

What are dealer set up and tear down times?
Saturday, March 27th, set up begins at 7:00 am and tear down begins Sunday, March 28th at 4:00 pm

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the convention areas. It is however allowed on the convention concourse and casino areas.

How much room is there behind the table?
There is room for two chairs and occupants to sit comfortably. Check floorplan PDF for more details.

How do I get my merchandise to my table?
There is a loading area at the back of the hotel that will open at 7:00am. All materials must be loaded through this area. Move your merchandise through the elevator on the right to the 2nd floor convention area. NOTE: when you puch the button, a God Awful warning alarm sounds. Ignore it if you can.
Once on the 2nd floor, the convention area is just on your left. When going down the elevator, push the "BR - Basement Rear".

Power
